Position Overview: We're hiring a skilled DevOps / Tech Support Engineer to bolster our operations in Dubai, UAE. This role demands a versatile professional capable of handling DevOps tasks and providing technical support to internal teams and external clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance our DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud services deployment.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients, troubleshooting issues promptly and effectively.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve overall system reliability.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.

Skill Set:

  • Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Puppet), and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills, with experience in diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps or technical support roles.
  • Proven track record in managing DevOps processes and providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Certification in relevant DevOps tools and methodologies is a plus.
