We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Operations specialist. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process by working closely with the sales team and account managers.
As a Sales Operations specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Manage the onboarding of merchants
- Supporting the sales team in their day-to-day activities
- Assisting account managers in their efforts to increase revenue
- Managing data and generating reports to track sales progress
- Work closely with compliance team on merchant onboarding and data updates
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing various tasks and projects

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM systems is a must, Hubspot is a plus
- Experience working closely with a sales team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
